HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Cedar Glen Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on patient education. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
