HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services Group supports public agencies in Des Moines with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 925 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on permits. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • SHRM or HRCI certification.
