HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Clearpath North Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Des Moines, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on claims. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
