HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

Summit Cobalt Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 576 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
