HR Business Partner - onboarding (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Drift Legal Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on document review. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with document review. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
