HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Amberfield Fern Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Denver. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
