HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Highbridge Fern Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fare systems. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
