HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Northwind Summit Early Learning Group operates neighbourhood childcare around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 629 people based in Denver. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on tuition and subsidies. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
