HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Nova Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Denver caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
