HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Hollow Environmental Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on landfill records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
