HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Ivory Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We invest in training. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer tickets. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
