HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Lantern Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
