HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Bluepeak Quarry Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Denver working with agencies and riders. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on accessibility audits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with accessibility audits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
