HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Bright Cedar Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for certifications, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
