HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Ironwood Union Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on case files. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with case files. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
