HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Silverline Stone Inspection Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on test reports. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
