HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Cedar Stone Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Denver, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
