HR Business Partner - onboarding (Denver, CO)

Cedar Sparrow Foods is a Denver food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on sanitation schedules. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
