HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Rowan Foods Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for cold storage, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cold storage. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
