HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Nova Timber Early Learning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
