HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Union Facilities is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for supply orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supply orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
