HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
