HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Amberfield Sparrow Arts Center is an arts centre in Dallas with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on ticketing. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with ticketing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
