HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pike Learning Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on enrolment. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
