HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak North Markets and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on store inventory. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
