HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Stone Health and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 183 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
