HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Fernwood Meridian Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Dallas. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 875 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on constituent requests. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
