HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Bluepeak Nest Press is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 326 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
