HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Property Management and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
