HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on work orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with work orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
