HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Highbridge Sable Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on waiting lists. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
