HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Redstone Orchard Transit Planning Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for route schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on route schedules. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
