HR Business Partner - onboarding (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Lantern Property Management is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 338 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with vendor invoices. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
