HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Nova Corner Auto Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 624 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on vehicle inspections. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
