HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Nova Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on branch operations. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
