HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield North Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Columbus, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
