HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Timber Property Management Group is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance requests. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
