HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Cedar Vale Manufacturing Partners is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scrap and rework. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
