HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Ironwood Pine Community Partners Group is a nonprofit in Columbus supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 997 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on donor records. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with donor records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
