HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Silverline Bridge Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Columbus with field technicians and lab staff, and we need an HR Business Partner to lead our onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
