HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Inspection Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
