HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Juniper Energy and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 835 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with hardship programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
