HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Keystone Banking Services is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for fraud alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
