HR Business Partner - onboarding (Columbus, OH)

Nova Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Columbus serving households and small businesses. We are hiring an HR Business Partner to take on onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on account openings. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
