HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Clearpath Harbor Farms Group is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on harvest schedules. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
