HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Lumen Maple Press Associates and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on paper stock. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with paper stock. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
