HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Quarry Environmental Services and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
