HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

Silverline Bright Housing is looking for an HR Business Partner. The job centres on onboarding for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on rent assistance. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with rent assistance. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
