HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Summit Quarry Telecom and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
