HR Business Partner - onboarding (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Linden Facilities Group and adding an HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer sites. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
